I know you are probably thinking that I'm going to name all of my recipes "Yummy whatever". However, *I* didn't name this recipe. So there.
Anyway, I recently made this salad with plans to take it for lunch on work days. And I've also recently decided that this was a very good move. I plan to make this a somewhat-regular rotation.

Did you make any alternations to the recipe? What creamy dressing did you use?
ReplyDeleteI didn't make alterations (although I just used the bell peppers we had on hand)...but next time I would likely use less (or no) onion. I just don't like raw onion. I used mayo for the dressing, but I think anything would work.
