I decided that I wanted to track what I eat in order to see how I'm doing with vitamins (etc). What I don't want to track is calories consumed. It messes me up and I overeat. Unfortunately, I haven't found an app or website that lets me do that. So I figured, what the hell, tracking calories can't hurt, right?
I managed one whole day of tracking calories/vitamins/etc with a plan for today to be day number 2. The result? Well, it seems I'm on target for most nutrients....except I'm over on the calories. *And* we are out of cookies.
